RETURNS AND DAMAGES

We want you to be happy. If you need to make a return please follow the instructions below.
RETURNS:
Please email us at info@heartwarmingcandles.net that you will be making the return.
- You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Package in original packaging or similar replacement, you are responsible for return postage. Return to Heart Warming Candles ™ Warehouse 6806 Crawfordsville Campbellstown Road, Eaton, Oh 45320.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase enclosed in the package.
We will email you that your package has been received and that everything is in order. We will then refund your purchase price less shipping to the original payment method. The time to receive your refund will depend on your card issuer’s policies. Please place another order if you wish to receive a different item.
DAMAGED OR SHIPPING ERROR:
We are sorry if your item was damaged during shipping. We do our best to package all items with extreme care and double check for accuracy of your order.
- Please report a problem within 10 days of receipt of order.
- If product is damaged in shipping please email a picture of the damaged items to info@heartwarmingcandles.net . We will either refund or replace the item.
